Message	Did you read my question properly? I just wanted to know what my options where. I thought about putting a chip in for some extra push for now cause I don't have $1500 to spend on all that stuff right now. Finally you tell me a shop that is going to do that for me. I know some mechanics but no one is willing to do that for anyone in NYC unless you are really close to them. NYC video tapes every inspection done, its very strict. If you have any ideas for let me know. I see you go to Rich Z Tech in LI I'll probably go to him myself when I am ready I hear good things on this forum about him. Evan
